I enjoyed fantastic restaurant. The units were air-conditioned and the staff were very amiable people from the cleaners to the receptionists.

The location of the hotel in Cheltenham is comfortable and unbeatable, close enough to the Bacon Theatre, the bar/restaurant, and the costwolds and Cheltenham. The breakfast is fresh made with fresh fruit and instant coffee, for instance, lots to choose from.  

Full English breakfast with instant coffee and all the food was outstanding.

The setting was not great.

The setting was perfect, near Gloucester, Cheltenham city centre and the roundabout. Moreover, it was 2 km from Badgeworth Sssi.

Clean accommodation, brilliantly friendly and excellent staff from the cleaners to the receptionists. Very impressed with suite. Central location, ideal place for discovering Cheltenham. Domestic area and perfect views.  

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was peaceful and perfectly clean, had lovely views, stunning location in the proper restaurant. The breakfast was freshly prepared and hot, it offered variety of outstanding food. 

The breakfast with fresh fruit and the juice, for instance was gorgeous and sensational, had so much to choose from. This hotel was located in a central area close to the conservatory, supermarket 2 miles away, 

The location was central, right by which was dealt with by the Duty Manager as well as major roadworks on roundabout.

Good-sized room overall, with disability access. Easy to get to, particularly good location not far from the restaurant and enjoyable breakfast, the Gloucestershire airport area, and bus stops into Cheltenham.  

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the executive king suite, plus air conditioning and a safe.

Safe good basic hotel with thoughtful and knowledgeable staff in terms of service. Hot full English breakfast provided with the juice, 2 hot chocolates. Unbeatable and nice location not too far from The Pavilion. 

Airy & huge unit with very comfortable beds. Quick check-in, efficient check-out.

Had a very nice stay for 1 night, glad I've chosen it. The restaurant was great for meals with a normal menu, I tried warm dishes.
